I will help you optimize the intensity, frequency and duration of your exercise sessions in accordance with the General Adaptation Syndrome, applied via my many years of experience and education in exercise. Science has proven that interval strength training, lasting 12-20 minutes, one or two times per week is the most optimal approach for most people to achieve peak fitness in the most time effective manner. This, combined with sport massage and modalities such as PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), rest and proper nutrition comprise a powerful package of tools for driving metabolism, affording pain free range of motion, and making people strong for life's challenges and adventures. If you want to feel good, you need to get strong. Having previously held certifications such as CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and Cert. Personal Trainer, from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and Super Slow Instructor, I am well qualified to teach you the fundamentals of strength conditioning.
